What is RemoCare™ RemoCare™ is a fall detection solution providing unique real-time, continuous, integrated safety solutions for elderly persons living alone. The system can be installed in senior living residences and private homes, spanning the full health care spectrum. What RemoCare™ does for you It observes the patient continuously and sends alarms in case a fall is detected, it also detects wandering in/out of a room or abnormal living patterns. • Provides 24/7 remote monitoring with privacy protection. • Real-time audio and video communication between resident and caregiver • Sends alarm via email or SMS when A fall is detected. Elderly yells for "Help help help" or "help me help me help me" A wandering through an indicated door is detected. Elderly pushes the SOS button. Abnormal mobility levels are detected, by daily, weekly or monthly period. How RemoCare™ works RemoCare™ ’has two interfaces, one for the surveillance site and one for the caregivers. The site interface is the RemoCare™ application which works on any Android device with OS 8.0 or later. The caregiver’s interface is a web page which caregivers may access through a web browser from any platform such as a PC, MAC, tablet, smart phone, etc. Both these interfaces are connected by the RemoCare™ cloud server. Prerequisites RemoCare™ is a web based application and it needs an internet connection to operate. So before you start using it make sure that the following conditions are met: • Any Android device with OS 8.0 or later that you are using for RemoCare™is connected to a network; this may be a Wi-Fi (recommended) network or Cellular or both • Caregiver can access email, SMS and web browser with internet connection.
